Place resource tiles to harvest materials used to construct and upgrade cities. Cities generate vital civilization points - Population, Ecology, and Technology, that determine whether your world thrives or collapses.
Complete main and side missions while reacting to dynamic world effects that can disrupt even the best-planned layouts. Smart positioning, timing, and blueprint choices are key to survival.
